زندگی سرتاسر پر از غم و شادیست. اگر روزهای غمگین دارید، مطمئناً روزهای شادی نیز انتظارتان را می کشند. صبور باشید و به زندگی امیدوار. سعی کنید افکار منفی را از خود دور رهانده و افکارتان را روی نقطه ای مثبت متمرکز کنید. با خودتان تکرار کنید که حتماً روز بهتر فرا خواهد رسید و از اینکه امروزتان بدتر از دیگران نیست خدا را سپاس بگویید.
